Coordinator of Volunteers
Engaging people in life-changing experiences.

Purpose: To provide the necessary volunteers required to sustain the KICS hatchery operations and the KIC Society in order to continue providing salmon and watershed knowledge to thousands of schoolchildren and site visitors.
Expectations and Responsibilities: Recruitment, Retention, Reward, Scheduling, Orientation.
Time Requirements: Annual Commitment
Skills and Qualifications: Organizational skills, patience, teamwork centred, computer competency, self-directed.
Orientation and Training: Basic orientation and safety, participation in education day and egg take, on-line webinars.
Benefits: Work experience, skills development, community enhancement.
​Job Location: Home-based and on-site.
