​Fall Hours
The site is open to the public during daylight hours, however the buildings are being rented for scientific research throughout September and October and will remain closed to the public. Two outhouses will be available in the upper parking lot, but will not be maintained. Please be respectful of other visitors and pack out what you pack in.  If you have a pet, please keep it under control at all times and pick up and pack out after your pet as well.  Thank you for your consideration.

​Winter Hours
The site is closed between dusk and dawn throughout the year. 

Spring Hours
From mid-April through the end of the school year, we host Salmon Fry Release field trips. Students will be on-site Monday to Thursday, engaging in hands-on educational activities from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
Trails remain open to the public after 1:30 PM on these days and are otherwise available during daylight hours.
Summer hours
The site is always closed between dusk and dawn.
We offer tours of the Salmon Hatchery with displays available to see and there are interpreters on site to answer questions during the following hours:
  Sunday: 9:00 - 3:00
  Monday: 9:00 - 3:00
  Tuesday: Building closed
  Wednesday: Building closed
  Thursday: 9:00 - 3:00
  Friday: 9:00 - 3:00
  Saturday: 9:00 - 3:00
*Please note outhouses in upper parking lot will remain open for public use.
