Purpose: Develop and maintain a canning program with the intention of ongoing fundraising.
Expectations and Responsibilities:
     - Oversee all aspects of the canning operation including volunteers.
     - Acquire fruits and vegetables for the product.
     - Source canning supplies.
Time Requirements: Annual commitment.
Skills and Qualifications: Food Safe.
Orientation and Training: Basic orientation and safety.
